Activating Online Portal

To activate your Consensys Management Online Portal visit

Please note: You cannot activate a Portal Account online until Consensys has entered your information from the Residency Verification Form you received.

The online registration won’t work if you haven’t returned the form. If you would like to register ASAP, please contact Monica Parra at: or call at (714) 786-6910 and provide the following information: 

  • Name,
  • Address,
  • Unit Number
  • Phone Number
  • Email

Work Order Requests
Work order requests, file architectural review requests and access shared documents can be made automated through the Online Portal as well as making automated dues payments. You may also email the manager directly using the contact information above.


  • Please note, payments made to Murphy3 for May will be transferred to Consensys. June, payments must be sent to Consensys.
  • Payments can be made through the Online Portal ($3.50 Svc Fee for credit cards & free electronic ACH transactions).
  • Coupon books are available upon request.

Payments Late Fees
Our late fee policy remains the same and has not changed with new management company.
OUR LATE FEE POLICY IS 10% ($40) IF MORE THAN 30 DAYS LATE. There should NOT be any late fees assessed when payment is received 15-30 days late.
