The intention behind this gathering is for the Board of Directors, The Management Trust and Smoothstone Construction to discuss all details of the approved scope of work for SB326 balcony and stairway landing repairs throughout the community and inform the community of the financial path forward.
November 14, 2024 at 6:30pm is your time to address with the Board of Directors, The Management Trust and Smoothstone Construction ANY questions, comments or concerns regarding this project.
