Homeowners should plan on paying their December dues to TMT Property Management. Instructions for payment will be coming soon.

Our new property management company will begin December 1st, 2023. They will be working with the CC HOA Board of Directors and Consensys PM to transition all our accounts and documents seamlessly. Please make sure to make your Dues payment for November to Consensys PM.

Until further contact information is available from the new property management company, please use our HOA email and message line as needed. The most current information will always be posted on our complex bulletin board near the mailboxes.
