The Board of Directors has completed a thorough evaluation of our creek and pond system. As a result, we have decided to temporarily shut off all creek pumps, except for the waterfall, to facilitate necessary maintenance and improvements.
Upcoming actions include:
- Deep cleaning of creek beds
- Repair of cracks
- Comprehensive analysis by a new Creek Committee
The Creek Committee will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our water features. Your input is valuable and will be carefully considered.
While we recognize that the creeks enhance our property values, they also represent our highest annual expense. The committee will:
- Assess the costs and benefits of maintaining the current creek system
- Explore alternative options
- Present findings and recommendations to the Board of Directors
